At ADG, we aim to deliver your clothing orders promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, delivery times, and other important details for purchases made through our online store.
Shipping Destinations
- We ship to addresses within the United States and select international countries.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (South Africa):
- Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days. Cost: R150.00 (free for orders over R850.00).
- Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Delays may occur due to customs processing for international orders or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier issues).
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 12 PM SAST may be processed the following business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method.
- Free standard shipping applies to domestic orders over R850.00 (after taxes and after discounts)
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [support email address].
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Shipments: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement or refund.

Pre-Orders and Backordered Items
